Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Handle general administrative works and ad hoc duties

  • Data entry, invoicing and filing records

  • Handle partial set of account (AP & AR), Bank Reconciliation, Payroll etc

  • Assist in keying in accounting transactions into accounting system

  • Perform any other administrative duties as assiged

Requirements:

  • GCE "O" level with basic accounting knowledge

  • 1 year working experience preferred

  • Possess good interpersonal and communications skills

  • Proficient in MS Office application

  • Part time role with commitment of 3 days per week including weekend
