Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Proactively build and manage a diverse portfolio of vendors catering to various Intellectual Properties (IPs)
Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with vendors from different categories
Categorize and segment vendors based on their offerings and suitability for specific events or projects
Serve as the face of Invade vendors' database, promoting it for place-making activations and collaborations.
Engage in discussions and negotiations with landlords to secure suitable event locations and spaces. - Develop a comprehensive vendor curation kit to aid clients in evaluating and approving vendors for the projects.
List events on invade.co, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions to attract both vendors and attendees.
Assist in the planning, set-up, and on-site coordination of events to ensure smooth vendor participation.
Provide dedicated support to vendors, addressing queries and concerns through email and phone communication.
Curate vendors in alignment with our projects/events, ensuring they enhance the overall event experience.
Collaborate with the Account Servicing team to offer vendor-related support, aligning vendor engagement with client requirements.
Requirements:
At least 1-year of experience in an events management role for any of the following; event agency, exhibition company, creative agency/ marketing agency, real estate management company like Savills, Knight Frank, Far East or Capitaland
Good attitude and initiative
Able to solve customers’ problems effectively
Internet savvy with knowledge in Microsoft Office
Knowledge in various social media platforms
Able to commit weekends and/or OT
