Graphics Designer Intern

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Social Media Design: Creating engaging visuals, content, and motion graphics for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (and newsletter).
Event Branding: Assist in developing graphics for product illustrations, logos, websites and products
Photo & Video Support: Assisting with basic photo retouching and video editing for social-first content (Reels/Shorts).
Brand Consistency: Ensuring all designs align with the specific brand guidelines of each unique event.
Requirements:
Is Proficient in Adobe Suite: Strong foundational skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign. Knowledge of After Effects or Figma is a massive plus.
Has a Design Portfolio: You have a collection of work (school projects or personal) that demonstrates a clean aesthetic and good layout skills.
Is Detail-Oriented: You’re the type of person who notices when a logo is 2 pixels off-center or a hex code is slightly "off."
Can Handle Deadlines: In the events world, "the show must go on." You can manage your time to deliver assets before the event goes live.
Is Not Afraid of Feedback: You see design as a collaborative process and are happy to iterate on ideas to get the best result.
