Human Resource & Administrative Intern

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Assist COO in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations activities 
- Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records 
- Assist in management of recruitment and selection process (eg. advertisement placement, arranging of interviews, etc) 
- Handle monthly Payroll processing 
- Assist in administration of annual performance appraisals, prepare appointment letters, staff orientation, payroll, etc 
- Participate in organizing company staff activities 
- Assist in ad-hoc finance-related projects 
Requirements:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resource Management or related major 
- Strong administration skills 
- Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office 
- A high level of confidentiality 
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills 
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
- The flexibility and willingness to learn
