Human Resource & Administrative Intern

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Assist COO in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations activities

  • Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records

  • Assist in management of recruitment and selection process (eg. advertisement placement, arranging of interviews, etc)

  • Handle monthly Payroll processing

  • Assist in administration of annual performance appraisals, prepare appointment letters, staff orientation, payroll, etc

  • Participate in organizing company staff activities

  • Assist in ad-hoc finance-related projects

Requirements:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resource Management or related major

  • Strong administration skills

  • Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office

  • A high level of confidentiality

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • The flexibility and willingness to learn
