Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Assist COO in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations activities
Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
Assist in management of recruitment and selection process (eg. advertisement placement, arranging of interviews, etc)
Handle monthly Payroll processing
Assist in administration of annual performance appraisals, prepare appointment letters, staff orientation, payroll, etc
Participate in organizing company staff activities
Assist in ad-hoc finance-related projects
Requirements:
Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resource Management or related major
Strong administration skills
Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office
A high level of confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
The flexibility and willingness to learn
