Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Social Media Content Creation
Plan, create, and schedule content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Monitor performance and identify opportunities to grow engagement and following
Copywriting
Write compelling captions, EDMs, ad copy, event listings, and promotional materials
Maintain brand tone and messaging across all digital touchpoints
SEO & SEM
Support in optimizing website and blog content for search engines
Assist in planning and executing paid search and display campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Track key metrics and provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Media & Influencer Activation
Coordinate with media partners and KOLs for event publicity and content collaborations
Track and report on influencer marketing performance and outreach
Offline Programming
Support events in developing and executing offline event programming
Coordinate and manage stage content, performances, and live programming
Liaise with artists, vendors, and talents to ensure smooth show flow and program delivery
Requirements:
Has 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing (preferably in the events, lifestyle, or creative industry)
Is familiar with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Capcut, or similar tools
Has a basic understanding of SEO and SEM tools/platforms
Is not shy and has a passion for social media and content creation (comfortable shooting content, speaking to 3rd parties, and managing onsite activities)
Has strong writing skills with an eye for catchy, creative copy
Is a team player with a great attitude, takes initiative, and pays attention to detail
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Able to be present on-site during events to oversee activations, troubleshoot, and create content in real time
